Hey, I’m Charity. Let’s talk about how I can help you get your message out there.

Inside every person is a whole universe — and I’ve always been drawn to helping people bring more of that into the world in a way that actually connects.

Most of what I do involves getting to the heart of who you are, what you offer, and who needs to hear about it.

To help get your ideas out into the world, I build tools, develop sustainable marketing strategies and help you grow momentum with sustained focus.

I work with coaches, speakers, and small business owners to translate what they do into marketing that resonates — and to create systems that support real growth.

It often includes creating new or editing existing websites, but more importantly, it means developing aligned branding, consistent messaging, a solid offer, and easy to take next steps so that their business can move forward with intention. This work is both creative and analytical.

With a background in operations and an analyst’s mindset, I focus on building marketing systems that are measurable, sustainable, and aligned with business goals. Alongside client work, I also lead membership development and strategic growth initiatives for The Chamber Collective, where I focus on strengthening engagement, refining value, and supporting a thriving small business ecosystem. It’s incredibly rewarding to see businesses connect, refer one another, and grow together.

At the core, I care about helping good people build momentum — and creating the conditions where that momentum can compound over time. Let’s create something magical!

AUGUST 2014 – PRESENT,  PORTLAND, OR
Founded and operated a full-service short-term rental management company serving the Portland market for seven years.

At peak, managed operations for 35 full-service properties and coordinated cleaning services for 50+ additional hosts — requiring structured systems, pricing strategy, regulatory compliance, and high-touch client communication.

Led all aspects of business operations, including:

  • Developing operational systems and SOPs to support scale
  • Designing listing positioning and guest communication frameworks
  • Managing vendor networks and contractor relationships
  • Navigating evolving city regulations and compliance requirements
  • Implementing pricing optimization strategies
  • Ensuring high guest satisfaction and strong host retention

The business was built on structured processes, clear communication standards, and a commitment to operational reliability in a highly regulated environment.

After seven years of sustained operations, our property management division was strategically sold. Ensourced continues to provide advisory services to hosts seeking clarity in listing strategy, guest communications, and positioning.

This experience sharpened my ability to build systems that support growth — while effectively managing complexity, stakeholder expectations, and operational details.
